Our why?
South Africa continues to grapple with systemic hurdles, including high youth unemployment, rising school dropout rates, and the persistent crisis of gender-based violence and inequality. These issues are further compounded by a significant lack of access to accredited, practical skills training.
She Cares Alliance was established to directly confront these barriers as a community-driven organization dedicated to empowering women and youth. By utilizing a holistic, partnership-driven model, the Alliance responds to the urgent need for inclusive and accessible development pathways.
Through alternative education and practical skills training, we bridge the gap between learning and tangible economic empowerment, ensuring that education leads to real social outcomes in underserved communities.
